I am excited to announce I now see clients in person on Thursdays near Green Hills Mall.
I have dedicated my life to helping individuals realize their fullest selves by creating spaces of vulnerability and honesty. I would love to help you in your own personal journey to wholeness and healing. I began my career working with college students and have spent the last 15 years helping families navigate chronic medical and end-of-life challenges. In both ends of life, I have learned that we are all looking for places that remind us that we are not alone. I’d love to be one of those places for you.
I love helping people who are experiencing change. For 15 years, I have specialized in working with olders (senior adults) and their adult children navigating the long term healthcare journey (Palliative Care, Elder Care Law, Senior Living, and Hospice). Previously, I spent five years working with college students as they navigated their own life changes.
I wholeheartedly believe we all have the ability within us to heal and become more whole. I would love to help on your journey to embracing self-love and allowing growth in relationships. Your story matters, and you matter!
